Terms and Conditions
Fayres take place 11am till 4pm all exhibitors can set up from 9am unless other arrangments have been made which you will be notified of separately. stands must be ready for 10.45am.
Exhibition stands go very quickly it is advisable that you email or telephone sally on 01543 450266 to confirm availability and submit the booking from at your earliest convenience, as stands are allocated on a first come first served basis.
The price of stands depends on the venue booked, price includes hire of table/space, advertising, buffet lunch ( max of 2 persons per table extras available at an extra charge).
Stands are not to be moved from the position sold, this is to ensure fire exits are not blocked and that the risk assesment before the event is kept in check during the event to prevent accidents.
All exhibitors must have relevant public liability and indemnity insurance in place for the fayres attended.
Staffordshire Bridal Fayres accept no responsibility for accident caused by exhibitors setting up or setting down of stands.
We would prefer that exhibitors do not bring their children to the events, we do understand it can be difficult to juggle work and home life, can you please let us know before hand so we can check with the venue there is no issue with this.
Only one stand per company no sub-letting or promotion of outher companies allowed.
no exclusivity is promised to any service healthy competiotin creates a larger show to attract more people to visit.
Stand spaces are 6ft by 2ft prices are available on request extra space can be accomodated if required at a competitive cost.
Leaftlet distribution:
If you are unable to make an event a service is available now for inserting promotional materials in the bags given to brides to be. the charge for this service will be £50.00 payment for this service is on placing booking.
Cancellation:
If in the event you book and pay for your stand and cannot attend refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances. if four weeks notice is given we will try and re-sell the stand, if we are succesfull a full re-imbursment will be given anything less than four weeks will not qualify for re-imbusment.
Payment for booking is due 12 weeks before the event unless deposit is required this will be due immedialty.
Bookings are taken on the understanding the service offered does not cause offence.
all insurance documnets are current and cover public liability for events attended outside normal place of work.
All electrical equipment must have been electrically tested if more than three years old. No wires are to cause a hazard to the public, please make sure you have the appropriate equipment trip mats etc.
if you are found to be taking more space than was allocated and purchased you will be asked to reduce the stand size.
Display:
All table coverings must reach the floor on all open sides, your display area must be neat and tidy at all times, after dismantling ensure you area is clean and tidy no stand must exceed 6.5ft high with out prior permission.
stands are not to be dismantled before closing.
Staffordshire Bridal Fayres cannot guarantee how many brides will attend.
Staffordshire Bridal Fayres reserve the right to manage the fayre as they deem appropriate.
